DYTBL 6TH GRADE BOYS PLAYOFFS

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:

 1)  PLAYOFF DATE and LOCATION:

• March 4th and 5th ( Bronze) and March 10th-12th( Gold and Silver)
• Fountain View Recreation Center, 910 n Gary Ave

2)  PLAY and SCORE ALL GAMES:

• Review your schedules and make sure all games are played
• Please SCORE all games as soon as possible.  Either Home or Away, Winning or Losing team; score your games
• All games need to be played by Bronze(Feb 26th) and Gold/Silver (March 5, 2023)
• If games not played, depending on situation, forfeits may be administered

 3)  BRACKETS: 

• All brackets are posted on the website: 6th Grade Boys home page
• Games are FINAL - no changes
• We will begin to post the standings - Upper/Middle/Lower every Sunday starting in February on the 6th Grade home page:
• Bronze will be broken into 3 separate brackets for playoffs: Upper Middle, Lower
• Gold will be one bracket
• Silver will be broken into 3 separate brackets: Upper, Middle, Lower
• 2 game minimum with most teams playing 3 games
• Most will play two games in one day
• Brackets will be updated nightly during playoffs

4)  CLOCK KEEPERS and SCORE KEEPERS:

• EACH TEAM WILL BE RESPONSIBLE TO PROVIDE A CLOCK KEEPER AND SCORE KEEPER
• Due to the lack of workers and volunteers, the CSYTBA will NOT be able to provide
• Team on top of Bracket will be home team and score the game, Team on bottom will be visitors and run clock.
• THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU DISCUSS YOUR PARENTS.  WE CANNOT HAVE DELAYS DURING THE PLAYOFFS

 5)  ADMISSIONS:

• Admissions will be charged
• CASH ONLY
• Adults (18-65) - $5/day, Children (5-18) - $3/day, Veterans/Seniors (over 65) - $3/day
• NO WEEKEND PASSES
• Every year we have parents not being informed about Admissions.  Please get this information to your parents ASAP

 6)  ZERO TOLERANCE:

• Zero Tolerance  If you, player or parents gets ejected; they will be ejected for the entire playoffs.  
• You are responsible for your players and parents.  Please let them know about this policy.
• NO EXCEPTIONS

7)  AWARDS:

• Individual trophies for 1st and 2nd Place
• Individual medals for 3rd and Consolation

8)  RULES:

• We will follow regular season playoffs, no changes
